GUMBO LIMBO (BURSERA SIMARUBA) - 100g

Gumbo Limbo -

Immune boosting properties.  

Used traditionally to treat a variety of ailments, including skin diseases, --inflammation, and infections.

Intructions:

Add 3 strips of bark to 500ml pure water. 

Boil for 15 minutes, simmer for 15 minutes. 

Strain liquid and pour into a cup.

Drink warm, cool or add into smoothies/meals for a mineral boost.

Contraindications:

May be unsuitable during pregnancy. Best not to to consume whilst consuming prescription medications anti-depressants.
